Football is more than a game—it empowers young people to build confidence, develop life skills, and create meaningful connections.

Through Play for Change Bangkok 2026, ASA Foundation collaborated with Liverpool FC Foundation, the British Embassy Bangkok, Save the Children Thailand, and local partners to deliver an inclusive football-for-development programme for approximately 60 young people in Bangkok.

Participants strengthened their communication, teamwork, leadership, and confidence through football and life skills activities led by coaches from ASA Foundation and Liverpool FC Foundation.

A special highlight was the visit of Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal and Sir Timothy Laurence, alongside former Liverpool FC and England international Emile Heskey, celebrating the power of sport to inspire and empower young people.

Together, we continue to demonstrate how strong partnerships and the power of sport can create safer, more inclusive opportunities for children and young people.
